“Its not just old. The bed mattress was brown from years of wear and no maintenance. Sheets were so warn out they would have never stayed on the bed if you tried to sleep on them. Absolutely disgusting,”

“This property is not at all what the pictures show. This place is not very clean. The bathroom had a musty smell. Room windows had a large Crack that was glued. The air fan was extremely loud making it hard to sleep. There were dirty towels laying in the hallway. At 12:30 in the morning I could hear men walking the hall cursing and making obscene remarks. I would never stay here or recommend anyone to in the future.”

“The room was large and clean but the moment I walked in the room it had a very unpleasant odor !! Don’t know if the carpets need a thorough cleaning but bothered me the entire stay .. also the lighting is very dim could use more light by tv !! Could hear the people walking floor creaking upstairs and tv blaring but I understand that having the beams the ceilings are thin probably nothing can be done with that.. other than those issues the bed was comfy liked the double sinks in bathroom !!...

“Firstly, it wasn’t the Radford Inn. Had a very difficult time even finding the property because it was actually a Quality Inn, that by the way had no address signage on the outside of the property. Room was filthy and smelled, stains everywhere. Luckily we were only there for a minimum amount of time.”

“The room we stayed in had wet carpet and smelled like mildew really bad. We reported to the front desk and no one ever addressed it. I will say the pool was very well kept and warm.”

“This BnB is gorgeous! The house amazing, beds are comfy, and my room was huge! They provide nice robes. I did not get a chance to enjoy breakfast, so I cannot speak to that. The house is set back off the road, is very quiet & peaceful. Staff is really nice. They are having some work done on the front of the house, but that did not bother me at all. I would love to stay here again.”

“I booked one night for the Radford Inn, which I chose through Expedia. However, the hotel rep over the phone said the reservation was under the Quality Inn. Same hotel, two different names and rates. Either Expedia ought to addresses this issue, or the hotel runs a questionable business. My reservation was not found under either hotel name, so Expedia did resolve the problem on my behalf. I have as unable to check out because the man at the counter said they don’t do check-outs at that time of...

“The cabin was adorable. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the surrounding areas were perfect. We went there on our anniversary and really enjoyed the cozy cabin. The owner was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Easy to access a quick to respond. We’ll definitely come back.”
